All of our services are designed to improve the safety and care of clients and caregivers. In addition to sales and installation of new patient lift and transfer systems, SaferLift offers the following vital services.
Inspections
Client safety is our number one priority at SaferLift. Regularly scheduled inspections of patient lifts are strongly recommended and often required by state agencies. Are overhead tracks secure in place? Are electronic connections and moveable parts in good condition? We provide a thorough summary of findings and upon approval will make critical repairs as soon as possible, sometimes on the spot.
Preventive Maintenance
Preventive maintenance reduces the rate of equipment failure. We provide a wide range of preventive maintenance plans to help ensure that your patient lift and transfer equipment functions properly. Battery and hand control replacements are examples of basic services offered. We will customize a plan based on equipment use and workload, scheduling needs and budget.
Assessments
We seek to provide the most suitable lift systems for our clients. That means we will not oversell expensive equipment if a lower priced alternative is an option. When sizing equipment and slings, we meet with client and physical therapist or caregiver to provide the most comfortable and secure fit. We offer this and other personalized services by appointment.
